What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 days before your scheduled adventure for a full refund minus booking fees or insurance (if purchased). Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will receive a partial refund, and no-shows will not be refunded.

How long does a rope swing take?

A rope swing adventure typically lasts between 2-4 hours. During this time, we’ll meet you at a designated lot and take you to the jump spot. You’ll receive thorough instruction, get harnessed up and, finally, swing through the beautiful canyon!

What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety comes first, so if the weather conditions are unsafe (such as heavy rain or strong winds), we may need to reschedule your adventure. We’ll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that suits you.

What should we wear?

Jumpers must wear closed-toed shoes and weather appropriate, comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. You’ll be wearing a harness, it’s best to remove any body piercings in areas near the harness before swinging. Don’t forget sunscreen!

Who can participate in a rope swing?

To participate, you need to be at least 8 years old and weigh between 50-250 pounds. For safety reasons, we advise against participating if you are pregnant or have any heart conditions. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your physician before booking your adventure.
