Brian and the crew were truly amazing! And I loved the fact that the jump was so close to town. Brian did a phenomenal job of educating us to ensure the experience was customized to our expectations. My first jump was face forward, while my second jump I fell backwards off the cliff. Words cannot even come close to describing how exhilarating this experience is! How do you begin a review for something that leaves you full of awe, confidence, and smiles?!!!! I’ve watched the rope swings start years ago. I was always too nervous to do them. Scared about the gear, the way back up, and even asked myself if I really “needed” the experience. My son is leaving for college soon and I wanted to do something epic before he left. Rope swing it is!!!! We booked the jumps. The guide stayed in contact and kept me informed of the plan. The whole process was smooth and fun. We met for the shuttle and the drive was GORGEOUS!! The website says a short hike to the jump. It really was an easy paced walk that allowed focus to be conversational instead of gasping for air hiking uphill. Once we arrived at the spot, we got a thorough safety briefing and shown the gear. This is when your heart starts beating faster. You see the cliffs. You see the ropes. The walk through puts your adrenaline through a trial run. Getting excited and it’s go time! Some of the group was nervous and brave. Some were excited yet calm and went without screaming. I screamed the whole time!! The bubbles in the body beforehand while anticipating the unknown- such a unique feeling. I giggled like a kid again. I got to watch my son be brave. We felt SAFE THE ENTIRE TIME! There were no jolting movements and the ride back up was as peaceful as a hot air balloon. Once back up top, you’re met with high fives and hugs, feeling lighter and brighter! This is the most amazing experience my son had i took him her for his 17th bday on the 3rd of July.. it was effing amazing he jumped 2 times got some amazing drone footage and some really cool freefall time ... The staff was amazing got to ride with the owner which was a amazing 4x4 ride as well with great conversations before they got to huck a giant cliff. The staff at the swing was supper cool and great confidence boost for sure . These guys rock .the swing is Uber safe and just effing wonderful great. These guys were so kind and patient with me and my friends. I was incredibly afraid to jump and they talked me through it both philosophically and safety wise and were very encouraging, but it also did not feel like they were pressuring me into it. I felt very safe and in good hands, even though we decided to do this on a whim. They have been doing this themselves recreationally for years and told me they’re working with others now to help them confront their fear of the void— and confront my fear of the void I did !! I did not jump, but am planning to come back. I joined friends to help be emotional support and help them process. The guides were impeccable with offering support and safety. 100/10 Highly recommmed! The team went above and beyond not only in their shaded set up, clear instructions, and safe equipment but more importantly in how they designed the experience to make room to meet everyone where they were at and honor their process when they stepped up to the edge.

I was deeply touched by the teams ability to gently create such a secure, safe and empowering space for people. The team did not dismiss fear or nerves nor force someone to just do it. There was no pressure, just support. No one said “just trust me and go for it” They said: “the jump is yours” - inviting us to act within our own sense of agency, that we had all we needed within ourselves to make that leap when we were ready. Such an incredible experience! The setting was absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone felt safe and supported. They do an amazing job coaching each participant through the process, whether you’re feeling confident or a little nervous.

What impressed me most was how well the swing is designed, rigged, and operated. Safety is clearly a top priority, and the team executes everything with confidence and care. I have a bulging disc in my back and was a little concerned beforehand, but the catch was surprisingly soft and gentle. I felt completely comfortable throughout the experience.

Rope Swing Adventures (RSA-Moab) is the personal and corporate team building experience of a lifetime. I am immeasurably grateful for having had one of the top most joyful experiences of my life (certainly never before experienced in a corporate team building context!).

On a Saturday morning before 10:00, Gabi met us at the Skyway parking lot off of Kane Creek, and our team enjoyed a short (20-30m) comfortable drive to the jump site in the RSA van.

From the van, our walk to the RSA-Moab jump site was short, easy, and stunningly beautiful — we were under a generous shade structure overlooking a deep canyon with no other persons or vehicle in sight or sound. Perfect location.

As we prepared for the jump, Brian, Matt, and the team explained the rigging system and safety procedures professionally and in plain terms, reinforcing my trust and confidence in RSA team’s technical knowledge and abilities. Gabi fit my full body harness perfectly, and offered support to our team as Brian and Matt operated the system.

Each of us was given an opportunity to set an individual (and group) intention, and to face ourselves before we stood stood at the precipice. Our team cheered each individual on, providing support. Each team member, no matter how terrified or exhilarated at the prospect of jumping — jumped — returning with a gentle, slow ascent via the winch, and with a genuine smile on their face for having actualized their intentions. Even those who weren’t certain that they wanted to (or would) jump were happy to have done so!

In jumping with RSA-Moab, some of us found courage the within ourselves and within the group. Some of us faced fear, walking forward and jumping in the face of physiological nausea or freeze response. Some of us of found exhilaration. Some of us found immeasurable joy. No matter the individual process, each person on our team found a deepening sense of self trust, confidence in self, and confidence in the group as a result.

Some of us may have feared death. But the only thing that died that day were egos: egoic ideas of who and what we each believed ourselves to be.

I look forward to many more corporate team building experiences with RSA-Moab, and wherever else in the world that RSA operates.

Suggestions: Make special arrangements with RSA for that ice cooler with locally sourced beverages to enjoy before and after the jump. Also, you may not be hungry for a little while afterwards, so plan accordingly. Wear sunscreen, shades, hat, and comfortable clothing (avoiding shorts that may get caught in a full body harness), and bring a small towel/mat if you prefer sitting or sunning. Tip generously (I prefer giving cash plus in-kind gifts).

I died. I jumped. I found immeasurable freedom. I was reborn.

My wife and I had the opportunity to do the rope swing yesterday and it was a fun unforgettable experience. Our group was made up of differing perspectives of fear and heights. The guides were able to meet each person where they were at and coach everyone thru enjoying and experiencing.
It was a smooth exhilarating experience. Definitely recommend giving this a try!
